The Viran fleet recieved the transmission, There was a wait before a response was sent. The beginning consisted of an ear piercing whine followed by a sound much like water hitting glass, only it seemed slightly digitalized. After the strange beginning, a message could be heard 'We seek to expand and use planets to their potential. We do not pursue violence, we come in peace. Our motives are classified information', the voice consisted of various accents.

The Romin Naval Headquarters are sent this message, taking time to figure out what was happening because of how many voices they heard, but they eventually replied with, "If that is what you truly seek, you shall avoid any planets in this galaxy, for we seek to expand, too. Failure to do this will result in a battle in which you are heavily outnumbered." Niram Balter's convoy arrived at the Romin Imperial Palace, a magnificent building that was almost like Indian and Roman architecture had combined into a futuristic version, but once inside, it lost all similarities, and became the typical rich person's house, with political areas. They carried the package inside, boots squeaking on the marble-like mineral found on their planet. (I just realized that in your signature you have the Volksgrenadier saying you would shoot your foot off while in the Ardennes soldiers did actually shoot themselves in the foot to give them the smallest injury while being able to go behind the lines to escape the cold. )

[;P I knew someone'd say that] The expeditionary fleet, once again, sent out a transmission to the convoy." We would like to transmit data of our technology in trade for a planet" the diplomat said, this time, the voice was level with a minor scratchiness to it.

(Well, I am the history buff, so I intend to point it out first. ) "We would need a demonstration to show that your technology was worth the trade." The group of Black Guard finally met the emperor in the Great Hall, an absolutely huge room, talking with General Ahr'den, a man who was to be reckoned with, just as much as the emperor. Then again, so was Niram. The men carefully put the crate down, opening it through the passcode combined with checking fingerprints, simple but effective. Inside was (Er... I never actually thought about this. :/) a sphere, hovering in the middle of the box. "What is this! How dare the man bring us a child's toy!" Niram said in rage, he started to turn back, but then, an explosion.

The GGR and the Soviet Union send out scoutships to find new planets to colonize.

The Ghangahuli send out their first interstellar scout vessel. The Ghangahuli had very limited interplanetary drives (because the other four planets in their system were too... environmentally unstable for colonization) and had yet to discover nuclear fusion, but they had been researched long and hard to make an interstellar drive system that could send a spaceship a light-year every three minutes and not overload the fission generators... much. There was a one-in-five chance that the ships engines would explode during or immediately after the journey through interstellar space.
They sent it to a planet that looked habitable, which was in fact already inhabited by the Romin...

Once entering the galaxy, they were intercepted by a patrol ship, practically a cruiser, but converted to hold many more translators, fighters, and better detection systems, used for smaller amounts of ships, like this.
"You are entering Romin territory, state your motives, or leave." Was the transmission.

The Ghangahuli spaceship was shaped somewhat like a stingray, and was painted several shades of green, and used the only communication device it had, which was a robot arm attached to the top center of the ship, to attempt to communicate one of the few simple messages in Ghangahulian that it was able to produce, which was "Hello aliens." It was very likely the Romin did not understand any bit of the language, as it involved a few short movements made by the arm. Then the arm retracted and the Ghangahuli awaited a response, if any, having not heard the original message.

They did not, and upon seeing the arm waving, were quick to think of a gun aiming at them.
"Respond, leave, or have your fate sealed."

The Ghangahuli, having not recieved any form of message... (Merc, what does your ship look like? How many weapons does it have, how powerful are the weapons? How powerful is it's armor? What is it's approximate size in meters?)

The ringing in Niram's ears would not stop, and he struggled to get up.
When he did, he looked around at the nasty scene.
Men lay dead or dying on the ground, the General was standing there in shock, and the Emperor was on the ground along with the others. Niram himself had been protected by himself turning, keeping him from landing on his spine or from really being injured, the General seemed to just be far enough away, and the few other men that seemed capable of doing anything but moaning were just lucky.

(The ship is shaped in a spear shaft-like shape, in meters, it is approximately 350 meters, keep in mind that it is not a simple fighter. It holds 6 fighters, capable of usual dogfighting, 2 bomber-esque ships, able to penetrate usual armor, 4 medium guns, likely to cause some trouble, if not too much. 7-8 smaller weapons, mainly for picking off things like fighters, and one fit for your larger battleship, or whatever your bigger ships might be. It's armor is capable against the fire of 2-3 guns, the ship sacrifices alot of its armament and armor for speed, hanger space, and equipment for usual diplomatic matters. The ships it does hold, though, can be nuisances. Remember that several others can arrive if it goes to battle, because of the speed that it has -and that it can be produced -making so that they have a larger number of ships-, and can join in the fray.)

Soviet, Democratic Federation, and the Greater German Reich forces colonize more worlds. The minor human factions sat in the middle of everything, trading with the superpowers and with each other.

The Romin stay in the comfortable solar system/galaxy of theirs, as it has many habitable places, and is well explored.

Niram rushes to check on the emperor, finding he is only knocked out from the blast, then moving on to the others. Hearing the blast, people from other parts of the palace rush over, and also start helping out, along with paramedics. The whole area surrounding the palace is quickly closed off, and a team of Black Guard is sent out to the docks to board the cruiser.
