(The imperial guard don't operate the space craft of the imperium. The Imperial Navy does. The Imperial Navy transports imperial guard units to invade worlds, but the guard don't actually control the ships. Before the imperial guard, the army and navy were once one force. But imperial armies wanted to make their own empires, so the army and navy were split.
But, Ima since you were the first one to make a imperial guard faction, i'll let you do what you wish.)

The Romin Cruiser slowly descended onto the docks, and 2 huge latches grabbed on to it, along with a walkway that came out of the airlock of the ship. Niram Balter headed a group of Black Guard at the dock, and the group marched smartly along to the walkway. Niram approached the small cluster of Romin coming out, finding the Rom (Singular word for Romin. ) at the front of them, who, obviously, was the captain of the thing. "I understand I am to escort your cargo to the Imperial building?" He asked sharply. "Yes, sir, we have a package for his mighty." the captain replied. "Please hand it over, then, and my team will take care of it." He made a hand gesture to the men behind him, and the front rank advanced to be at the end of the gangplank, ready to take whatever this was. The man looked surprised"We had orde-" "I give the orders around here, captain." Niram replied icily. "Yes, sir." the man murmured as he slunk away to the rest of the crew out on the gangplank, probably his officers. "Get the package out of storage." He said. The crew did his bidding, and slid the large crate onto the new, larger conveyer-plank which had connected to the airlock in their storage. Once the crate had been retrieved, he turned back towards the captain. "After you are resupplied, you leave. None of your men will exit the ship without the dock police's permission. Got it?" "Sir, my men have been in space for a full cycle, they need to recover!" the man said. "Do you want to be accused of being a traitor?" Niram stalked off, followed by his group.

The Viran sent out a diplomatic ship protected by 4 frigates and several fighter's accompanied by a company of bombers. The small fleet began to float around systems as a sort of expeditionary force.

As the men walked into the larger vehicles in the hovering convoy on the airtrack, Niram Balter informed the authorities of the orders he had given to the captain of the ship, and they went off to spy on the ship without hesitation, they had dealt with the Black Guard plenty a time, and knew that arguing would just make things worse.
Once Balter did get into one of the vehicles, the convoy sped off through traffic in the magnificent floating capital of Rolan.

The small Viran expeditionary fleet continued roaming. After some time the fleet grew to a stop near a system's star, they waited as their resources recharged.

A fleet of ships was spotted not so far outside of Romin territory, and a transmission is sent; "Attention unidentified fleet, you are entering the boundaries of the Romin Empire, please state your motives." A group of patrol ships was also detached to watch over the ships.
